on many health related issues.

Did you know your real age could be higher or lower than your chronological age? To find your real
age go to www.realage.com and take the free RealAge test. It takes about 15 minutes to fill out the
questionnaire. After completion, you will get a personalized plan with suggestions to help you take
years off of your real age. Have all your medications, including vitamins, over-the-counter, and herbal
supplements, handy when you fill out the questionnaire. This will make the process faster. While
visiting the site you can also sign up for daily or weekly emails containing tips on how to stay healthy.
